Oceania V is one of five 29-story Oceania Tower Condominiums located across Collins Avenue on Oceania Island along with Oceania IV.
Oceania I, Oceania II, and Oceania III are located on the tranquil blue waters of the Atlantic side of Collins Avenue.
The organizational structure of Oceania consists of the Oceania Club, Property Owners Association (POA) and each tower individual condominium associations.
The Oceania POA (Oceania Property Owner Association) is the master association that oversees the maintenance of the grounds and security where towers are located.
